Amelia's First Halloween!

We enjoyed our first Halloween together as our favorite family from 742 Evergreen Terrace. Amelia also was able to wear her homemade costume at daycare for a few hours on Thursday. She really wanted to try her first Snickers bar but we convinced her she had to wait a few more years.

Amelia is making some great progress developmentally! She can now reach for things, shake a rattle, she laughs and even giggles sometimes, and can actually drink from a bottle now thanks to the hard work by Daniela at daycare. She can balance when she is held in a sitting position (or in her Bumbo chair), holds her head upright easily now, and is ready to try going into her activity station this weekend!

We are enjoying a little more sense of routine now, as Jennifer has been back at work for 2 and a half weeks, Amelia is well established in her excellent daycare program, and Andy is back in his irregularly irregular schedule between NYC and Boston. We are getting more sleep these days (a bit more) and even getting out of the house from time to time.
