Amelia's First Christmas

It was an exciting holiday for our little 5 1/2 month old Amelia this week. We spent several days at the Massachusetts Grandparents' house and focused on the three priorities for the holiday: eat, eat, and play Wii. Amelia and cousin Alexis (2 yrs old) received the lion's share of gifts. While Amelia was very pleased to receive her many thoughtful presents, what she really wanted to do was eat the wrapping paper. Other highlights from the past week or two include Amelia's first trip to the Boston Aquarium with Ah-Gong (grandpa Sun). Developmentally, Amelia's making great strides in several departments- she can sit up without support now and can very purposefully grasp objects and put them straight into her mouth. She misses her mommy very much whenever she walks away, which is of course a challenge for poor old dad, but is doing just great in daycare.
